One Comprehensive Consultation

• One pair of clear standard lenses : Either Single vision or Bifocal Lenses or Multifocal Lenses
• A PPN frame to the value of R150.00 or R1250.00 towards an alternative Frame and or Lens enhancements

OR

• Disposable contact lenses are limited to R1500.00 per annum
• (Permanent or Hard contact lenses that will last for 24 months should be motivated)
