Each beneficiary is entitled to the following benefits within a two year benefit cycle as of claiming date

One Comprehensive consulatation

• One pair of clear standard lenses: Single Vision or Bifocal lenses or Multifocal lense

• A PPN Frame to the value of R150 or R1000 towards an alternative Frame and/or lens enhancement

• Contact lenses to the value of R 1 775
