Spectra Azure Plan:

• Optical Sub-limit = R2,300 per beneficiary
•  Frame sub-limit = R1,050 per beneficiary (included in optical sub-limit).
• Benefit available every 2 years from date of treatment for frames and lenses (per beneficiary).

Specific exclusions:

100% of Spectra Tariff

Spectra Capri Plan:

• Optical sub-limit = R1,250 per beneficiary . 
•  Frame sub-limit = R850 per beneficiary (included in optical sub-limit). 
• Benefit available every two years from date of treatment for frames and lenses (per beneficiary).

Specific exclusions:

Subject to PMBs. 100% of Spectra Tariff

Spectra Cobalt:

• Optical Sub-limit = R3,000 per beneficiary
• Frame sub-limit = R1,150 per beneficiary (included in optical sub-limit).
• Benefit available every year from date of treatment for frames and lenses (per beneficiary).

Specific exclusions:

Spectra Cyan:

• M+0 = R720
• M+1 = R1,060
• M+2 = R1,290
• M+3 = R1,560
• M+4+ = R1,900
• Frame sub-limit = R420 per beneficiary (included in optical limit).
• Benefit available every 2 years from date of treatment for frames and lenses (per beneficiary).
