Each beneficiary is entitled to optical benefits within a 2 year benefit cycle subject to the last claiming date.

All Comprehensive Consultation

One pair of clear standard spectacle lenses: Single Vision or Bifocal lenses (Multifocal lenses paid up to Bifocal limit).

A PPN frame to the value of R150.00

OR

Contact lenses to the value of R475.00

*The above is an example of your contribution including a subsidy of 60% should you qualify. Please check your deduction with your payroll department.
