• Either Single Vision or Bifocal or Multifocal lenses

• Contact lenses are limited to R3400

Network Choice/First Choice

Each beneficiary is entitled to the following benefits within a two year benefit cycle subject to their last claiming date.

One Comprehensive Consultation

• One pair of clear standard lenses : Either Single Vision or Bifocal lenses or Multifocal lenses
• A PPN Frame to the value of R195.00 OR R600.00 towards an alternative Frame and or lens enhancements

OR

• Contact lenses to the value of R 800.00
