Frames 

• 90% of cost / R1 310 per case -excluded from    lens limit

Optometrists - eye examinations 

• 90% of SAOA tariff / 1 test per beneficiary per annum

Radial Keratotomy / Excimer Laser

• 90% AT limited to R5 380 per eye and prior approval
