INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  •  1 cup Kale
  •  1 cup Organic Baby Romaine
  •  1 cup ice
  •  2 medium branches Celery, Organic
  •  1/2 serving Organic Apple
  •  1 1/2 medium frozen banana
  •  4 oz Coconut Water
  •  1/2 cup cucumber(s)
  •  1 tbsp Cilantro
  •  1 tbsp Parsley
  •  2 tbsp organic lemon juice
  •  1 Brazil Nut
  •  1 dash cayenne pepper
  •  1 dash cinnamon
  •  1 dash Tumeric
  •  1 tbsp Goji Berries
  •  1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  •  1 tbsp Sprouts Granola

DIRECTIONS

1 Put all ingredients into your Vitamix/ high speed blender except the frozen bananas.
2 Combine all ingredients very well, lastly add frozen bananas and ice.
3 The mixture should be thick like frozen soft serve ice cream- add more ice if needed.
4 Garnish with your favorite toppings (goji berries, coconut flakes, etc.)
5 Enjoy!
