Hear every moment more clearly.

Stay connected to the conversations that matter. Hearing loss can affect anyone and often progresses so gradually, it can be difficult to notice until
you experience symptoms. If you think you may need a bit of help to recover the sounds that you’ve been missing, it all starts with a hearing test.

NOT SURE IF IT'S YOUR
HEARING?

  • You hear people, but struggle to understand them
  • You turn the TV up louder than others
  • Background noise makes conversations difficult
  • You often say “sorry, what?”

What happens during a hearing test

If you’ve never had one before, there’s nothing to worry about, a hearing test is simple, and completely non-invasive, with clear results right away. It starts with a quick chat about your hearing and any concerns, followed by a brief look inside your ears. You’ll then sit in a quiet, soundproof space and listen for tones and speech at different volumes, responding when you hear them.

Your results are plotted on an audiogram, showing exactly how each ear is performing. Everything is then explained clearly, along with any next steps if needed. A hearing test takes about 30 minutes to complete.

How does a hearing screening compare?

A hearing screening is a quick check to see if your hearing is within a normal range or if further testing is needed. A hearing test is a more detailed, diagnostic assessment that measures the level and type of hearing loss and provides a full picture of your hearing.
