Spec-Savers Tygervalley is an optometry practice that offers optometric services to the area of Cape Town such as complex contact lens fittings for conditions like keratoconus, as well as Orthokeratology (Ortho-K) — specially designed overnight contact lenses that gently reshape the cornea while you sleep to provide clear vision during the day without glasses or contact lenses. Ortho-K may also help slow the progression of myopia (short-sightedness) in children and teenagers.
