3. If the cost of the frame is less than R1000 the balance will be forfeited. If the cost of the frame is more than R1000, the balance will need to be paid in cash or submitted to Medical aid.
4. If a medical aid offers a frame benefit, the customer’s frame benefit will increase by R1000.
5. “GET TESTED” refers to a comprehensive eye test.
