Having opened in November 2012, our store has remained a success by: Good communication; Handling patient complaints in a formal manner and good way; Providing good / excellent customer service; Being friendly and presentable.

With one Optometrist and two full time members of staff, we are able to offer our patients a personal environment when visiting us.

We operate from one testing room and in addition are able to offer our patients the services of an Autorefractor and Slitlamp.
